Rephrase is free and works without an account. If something is not working, or you have a privacy or safety request, contact us directly.

Include the browser or device you used, what you expected, what happened, and the request ID if the app shows one. For privacy requests, write from the email address linked to your account if possible. We aim to respond within 30 days; ordinary support is best effort.

Daily limit and reset time

Free usage is limited per day. The composer shows how many runs are left and when the limit resets. The day rolls over at 00:00 UTC+8. Signing in with Google keeps your usage consistent across devices; it does not remove the daily limit.

Google sign-in

If the Google popup does not open, allow popups for rephrase.1292.net, disable strict script blockers for this site, and try a normal browser window.
If Google says Access blocked, the OAuth consent screen may still be in testing. Ask the operator to add your Google account as a test user or publish the app.
If sign-in succeeds but you are returned to guest mode, your session may have expired. Reload the page and sign in again.
You never need an account to use the core service.

Delete your account or data

Use the account menu in the app, or follow the steps on the account deletion page. If you cannot sign in, email us from the Google address you used.

Report generated output

Use the Report it link under any result. Reports help us review harmful, sexual, violent or clearly wrong output. You can add a short note; it is stored with the report and removed if you delete your account.

Privacy requests

You can ask for access, correction or deletion of server-side records. See the Privacy Policy for what we process and how long we keep it. Email [email protected] with the subject Privacy request.

Security reports

If you believe you found a security issue, email [email protected] with the subject Security report. Please do not publicly disclose the issue before we have had a chance to investigate.
